Not the ’80s we remembered

We played Trivial Pursuit: Totally 80s Edition at friends’ house last night. All of us being of a certain age, we thought it would be a piece of cake. Sort of like a trivia version of VH1’s I Love the ’80s. Not so.

Answers in the television category included Galactica 1980 and Manimal.

The headlines category referenced events like Operation Blue Star.

Sure, there were some less obscure questions thrown in that allowed us to at least feel like we did, in fact, live through that decade. Still, we finally had to call the game on account of kids needing to go home.
